Tami Ostmark
Co-Owner & VP of MarketingHamlet Homes
Tami Ostmark is the Co-Owner and Vice President of Marketing at Hamlet Homes, where she proudly wears many hats, but if you ask her, “Problem Solver” has always been her favorite job title.
For more than 30 years, Tami has built brands, led organizations through change, and helped businesses connect with people in meaningful ways. Her career has taken her across multiple industries, from commercial real estate and retail development to media, global e-commerce, and homebuilding, giving her a unique perspective on how marketing continues to evolve.
She managed the business operations and marketing for Jordan Landing, one of Utah’s first and largest mixed-use developments, where every day meant balancing retailers, community events, public relations, partnerships, and the ever-changing expectations of consumers. She later led Global Business Marketing for Overstock.com, helping navigate the rapidly changing world of international e-commerce, digital marketing, and global business expansion. At KSL Broadcast Group, she directed marketing strategy and market research, using consumer insights and data to help shape marketing decisions across one of the region’s most recognized media organizations during a time when online news, media and social platforms were exploding.
Throughout every stage of her career, one thing has remained constant: marketing never stands still. From traditional advertising to social media, digital transformation, AI, consumer research, and brand experience, Tami has built her career by adapting, learning, and helping organizations stay ahead of what’s next.
Today, she helps lead Hamlet Homes as both Co-Owner and Vice President of Marketing, where she oversees marketing, branding, public relations, customer experience, and community engagement. She believes the strongest brands aren’t built through clever advertising, they’re built through trust, consistency, and creating memorable experiences for the people they serve.
Known for her creativity, energy, and ability to bring people together, Tami is also a college instructor, public speaker, volunteer, and board member. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of marketers and business leaders and believes that relationships will always be the most valuable asset anyone can build.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her traveling the world, spending time with her husband Cory and their grown children, or making memories at Bear Lake. She lives by the words “This Too Shall Pass”, a reminder that life’s challenges don’t last forever, and neither do its best moments, so don’t forget to enjoy them while they’re here.
