Jaxson oversees marketing for Shoreline at Hideout, an 800-home community in the Park City market. Like most people at a small builder, he wears several hats, including in-house counsel and assistant development manager, as well as asset management for GCD’s apartment portfolio. He has rebuilt the company’s marketing systems to track results and sharpen its approach in a competitive resort market.
