Steve serves as Division President of Operations for Minto Communities USA, bringing over 30 years of homebuilding experience to the role.

Before joining Minto in 2011, Steve held senior leadership positions at a top public homebuilder, including Vice President of Construction, Vice President of Operations, and Division President for Southeast Florida. 

In his current role, Steve oversees all Minto and Latitude Margaritaville communities. His responsibilities include construction operations, sales, permitting, purchasing, construction, MasterCare service, and human resources. 

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Troy University. He has served on the Licensing Board for Palm Beach County, is a member of the Business Society for the Martin County Boys & Girls Club, has sat on the Advisory Council for Florida International University, and has served as Volunteer President of the Jupiter United Soccer Program and as a Board Member of the Gold Coast Builders Association.
