Ms. Smale serves as Executive Vice President of Christopher Alan Homes, the largest private homebuilder in Southwest Florida, where she oversees Land, Marketing, Sales, market expansion, product development, and organizational strategy. Prior to joining CAH, she was a Senior Vice President with Zonda, a real estate data and consulting firm. Kristine managed the advisory team in Florida and the Southeast, serving as a trusted partner for clients including home builders, developers, capital sources, and banks. Kristine has 20 years of experience in real estate strategy and market analysis throughout the United States, including asset management, due diligence, and acquisitions of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties. 

Kristine earned a BBA from the University of Iowa with majors in Finance and Marketing and a minor in English. She also has a certificate in Urban Real Estate from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Kristine is the Chair of the Southwest Florida chapter of the Urban Land Institute and sits on Product Councils state and nation-wide. She is also the President of the Real Estate Investment Society of Southwest Florida.
