Amy O’Connor is the Executive Vice President of Shore Consulting, a speaker, author, and podcaster with more than 20 years in the homebuilding industry. She works with sales leaders and teams to think differently about how they lead, sell, and succeed. 

She’s the founder of the Women’s Leadership Circle, a community for women in homebuilding to grow and lead together, and she serves on the executive board of The House That She Built.
