Janet Benavidez is the National Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Shea Homes, bringing more than 26 years of experience in homebuilding, sales leadership, marketing strategy, and customer experience. She has played a key role in shaping Shea Homes’ customer-first approach while driving innovation, growth, and brand excellence across the organization. 

In her leadership role, Janet oversees national sales and marketing initiatives, partnering with teams across the country to enhance the homebuyer journey and strengthen business performance. She has championed innovative programs including Shea Connect, Shea Homes’ smart home platform, and led the company’s comprehensive brand refresh, helping modernize and unify the Shea Homes brand while reinforcing its commitment to quality and exceptional customer experiences.
